Decent value, few small hiccups

I purchased 'The Great Lakes Saga' which is a regional Canadian history book. The price was fair for a specialized academic press. The website was easy enough to navigate to find the book I wanted. I did have a small issue with tracking; the link in the email didn't update for a few days, so I wasn't sure where my package was initially. It eventually showed up, about 8 days after ordering. The book itself is high quality, good paper and binding. Customer service wasn't needed, thankfully. Overall, a solid experience but they could improve the tracking system for peace of mind.

Love my new poetry book!

Oh my goodness, I just received 'Echoes of the North' and it's absolutely beautiful! The poems are so moving. I'm so happy I found Borealis Press. Their selection of Canadian poetry is amazing. I will definitely be shopping here again for more books. You guys are doing such great work!

Good book, slow shipping

I ordered a copy of 'Indigenous Voices of Canada' last month. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, though it felt a little dated. I got the confirmation email quickly. Shipping took longer than I expected, about 10 business days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long for a single book. The book itself was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the printing and binding is excellent, very sturdy. I haven't needed to contact support, so can't comment there.
